Growing up in the Seattle area you can’t help but be a Starbucks girl; my favorite Starbucks drink is the Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latté – which as luck would have it, Pumpkin Spice is back for fall so I can have the ultimate combination of Fall flavor. But I can’t go to Starbucks everyday just for my daily fix. So I was experimenting this morning and this combination is the best I have found yet – minus the Pumpkin Spice – still need to figure out that part.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Fat-Free Half-and-Half (use Half-and-Half to thicken it up)
1/2 cup Milk (we use 2%)
1 cup Oregon Chai Tea concentrate (I have the Original mix but there are other flavors to choose from)
Splash Vanilla
Sprinkle of Sugar (to sweeten it just a little bit)

Mix in saucepan on your cooktop to the temperature desired. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. If you need it a little spicier, you can try adding some cinnamon or nutmeg – play around with the spices!
